Maybe there’s something poetic about being so different you always feel alone, even when you’re around your closest friends. Surely there’s something more to this solo game of chess I keep playing against myself in which I still seem to lose. So I’m siting writing this article after a long day of feeling utterly alone because well it seems to be my life. Exams kept me busy which kept my mind off this permanent looming rain cloud I seem to remain in the shadow of. But now It’s hanging lower than ever. One day I truly believe it will all change, my life with become so beautiful I won’t need to pour every ounce of energy I have into romanticising it. Maybe I’ll go to Paris, New York, or London. I feel like all substack writers want to live in a romantic city, somewhere where romance films take place or better yet where their happy ending takes place when they finally kiss each other. Yes I want something like that, something that resembles it in any way. So I’ll continue to enjoy this feeling of being alone, and cherish the authentic beauty in it. I’ll hold on tightly to every ounce of hope I have left for this possible future I have mapped out in front of me. That’s what keeps me going through the hard times, the possibility that it might just all get better, surely it’s only fair.

I genuinely believe there are only a few things in life that can’t be solved over a cup of coffee, wether it be Warm, milky, black, iced, vanilla, caramel or with cream it is simply heaven. It is also in my opinion one of the lost chic things to have ever graced our earth (second to Audrey Hepburn of course). 💌☕️
